For months we have all experienced the temporary traffic lights and lane restriction on the A303 Bridge when driving to all points West. Work on the bridge will commence on 8th July and will involve a six-week closure and disruptive diversions.

Young People Attend Flying Fortress Crash Memorial

On 25th June 1944 an American B17 Flying Fortress crashed at Snag Farm, Stoke Trister killing all nine crew members. This year students from King Arthur’s Community School joined members of the Royal British Legion for the annual commemoration.
