Springwatch's Chris Sperring Will Talk in Wincanton on 13th March

Chris Sperring M.B.E. when he met up with members of C.A.T.C.H. in 2014C.A.T.C.H. is pleased to announce that professional wildlife conservationist Chris Sperring M.B.E. will be presenting a talk entitled ‘Conservation of our Wildlife’, at The Wincanton Memorial Hall from 7.30pm.

£3 per ticket which includes light refreshments. For more information or ticket sales please call C.A.T.C.H. on 07597 127187. Tickets are also available from Wincanton Town Hall or Kimber’s Farm Shop.

Chris Sperring is a professional wildlife Conservationist working for the Hawk and Owl Trust, he also presents and broadcasts on TV and radio. Chris lectures on a wide range of subjects; he’s a wildlife photographer and writes articles for magazines and newspapers. In his spare time he studies and conserves even more wildlife and writes music as a guitarist for the environment/wildlife rock band, Raptor’.

Chris met up with members of C.A.T.C.H. in 2014 to walk along the River Cale in Wincanton. Chris very kindly gave up his time to share his knowledge and ideas for wildlife conservation in and around the river.
