Car Treasure Hunt with Hog Roast & Live Music

Wincanton Tennis Club players shaking hands after a matchWincanton Tennis Club, which is run by the members, for the members, is raising funds for the resurfacing of their courts. They have organized a Family Fun Car Treasure Hunt throughout the area, which will be followed by a hog roast and live music at Wincanton Sports Ground, Moor Lane.

The event will be held on Saturday, 4th October and will start at 10.30am, ending with the hog roast and music in the evening.

Along the way, whilst exploring the Blackmore Vale and finding clues, teams will take part in rifle shooting, skittles, golf and basketball activities. There will also be "welly-wanging" back at the Sports Ground, as well as a raffle.

Bring a picnic, or lunch at any of the pubs along the way. Tickets are £12.50 for adults and £6.00 for children, which includes the hog roast. Evening only tickets (food and band) are £6.00.
