Adele Parham and Phillipa O'Grady, who swim as part of the Wincanton Swimming Club Masters, competed recently in the Country's National Masters Swimming Event at the Plymouth Life Centre.

Competing in their respective age groups Adele won a silver medal for the 1500m freestyle and bronze for the 400m individual medley, whilst Philippa claimed silver in the 200m butterfly and 200m individual medley, plus a bronze in the 100m butterfly.

Following their individual performances they teamed up with two members of the Exmouth Swimming Club and entered the Ladies 200m Individual Medley 16yrs+ event, coming third and claiming a bronze medal each.

Well done ladies!
