44 members of Wincanton Town FC (Youth Section) attended a one day Soccer School kindly sponsored by Rochfords Garden Machinery of Wincanton, run by the coaches of League 1 Club AFC Bournemouth.

On a cold and wintry February morning 44 members of Wincanton Town FC (Youth Section) braved the cold and occasional downpour to improve their football skills. They spent the morning on the youth pitches at Wincanton Sports Ground, which if you didn't know are maintained all year round by the coaches/committee and parents of Wincanton Town FC (Youth Section).

After lunch they moved onto the Astro pitch and were put into 5/6-aside teams to play a mini-tournament. Despite the cold weather, when it was time to go home the youngsters were all asking when they were going to do it all again!
