Windows Smashed at Divine Wines - Police Seek Information

PCSO Jenny Maynard, who regularly brings us police crime reportsOn two occasions the window at Divine Wines, High Street, Wincanton has been smashed. On the first occasion the window was smashed at 21:45 on Monday 11/4/2011. A male approx 14 years old was seen to run away up Angel Lane at the time of the smash. The second smashed window occurred overnight on Wednesday 13/4/2011.

We are very keen to speak to the witnesses from the incident, who may have seen the offender/s or vehicles connected to the damage. You can contact us on 0845 456 7000 or you can call Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111. They never ask your name and never trace your call.

PCSO Maynard says, 'This kind of reckless damage will not be tolerated in Wincanton. We anticipate the information we receive from the public will enable us to bring the offenders to justice.'
