Wincanton Primary School Easter bonnet parade 2022

On the mornings of 27^th and 28^th of April 2022, children in EYFS and KS1 performed for their parents as part of the Easter celebrations at Wincanton Primary School. It was wonderful to welcome parents and carers back onto our school site at last. Children paraded to the stage and then performed songs and poems as they wore their Easter bonnets that they had made with their families at home. Head teacher Mr Graeme Wilson encouraged the visitors to join in with the actions and singing of ‘Spring Chicken’. Thanks to the children and their families for making this event so bright and colourful.
