A fun video message from King Arthur's staff with love

By Jen Jacklin

"In light of the unprecedented situation with which we have all been faced, we have been determined to not just keep in touch with our students and families, but also to attempt to keep their spirits up.

"Along with us regularly writing to our families, we have been sending out: certificates and postcards to our young people; setting weekly quizzes; posting recorded reading sessions to listen to; sharing information on support and wellbeing; all shared with the aim of supporting the online learning we are using to educate our young people at this time.

"We hope that our students and families will enjoy seeing our staff in a new way: having great fun being rock stars for a short time! I know that the staff had great fun filming and sharing their videos and look forward to hearing what our students thought after watching. We hope it brought a smile to their faces and made sure they know we are all thinking of them, wishing them well and looking forward to seeing them all when we are allowed to have students back to school."
