Weekend Fitness Classes Coming To Holbrook House

Starting on 11th September 2010 we are delighted to be introducing Saturday morning exercise classes to our existing timetable starting at 9.30 - 10.30am Spinning with Chris followed by 10.30 - 11.30am Legs, Bums & Tums with Chantelle. This is a first for the Club and believe it is a great welcome for both our existing members and hopefully our new members.

Fitness Suite

Our timetable currently includes yoga, pilates, fitball, boxercise, circuits, aquafit and tai chi and run both daytime and evening.

Classes are only available for our members, therefore why not take up the opportunity of one free month membership and pay no joining fee or pay annually and receive two free months.

Swimmer

Alternatively pop along to our Club Open Evening on 23rd September between 6.00pm - 9.00pm, there you will be able to experience a taster of our membership as we are offering free mini classes, free mini beauty treatments and full use of our Spa Facilities including Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi. We will also be on hand to answer any questions.
