Open Day at Holbrook House Health Club on Saturday 25th February

You can experience everything that Holbrook House Health Club membership has to offer for FREE on Saturday 25th February, anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with children's swimming from 9:00am till 10:30am and 4:00pm till 5:00pm.

Holbrook House is the idyllic club for any fitness enthusiast, set in 21 beautiful acres of gardens and woodlands with its own outdoor Bootcamp arena. Work up a sweat in any of 28 classes and then relax in the spa bath overlooking the gardens.

Once you’ve had a workout or relaxed in the stables bar café you can enjoy a relaxing swim in a heated indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling panelled glass to bring the outdoors in. Steam and sauna rooms can be found just off poolside and will leave you feeling relaxed and your skin feeling soft.

The fitness suite will suit everyone. With more than 20 cardio stations, a progressive weights system that's perfect for those new to training or in need of rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, and an 80+ weights station to keep the more advanced users from getting bored of training.

The group exercise classes are part of the Health Club membership, so you can enjoy our extensive range of 28 classes, from Yoga to Tai Chi, Pilates to Powerhoop, kettle bells to Vibe Cycle. Whatever you’re into, we have it covered with the very best group exercise instructors.

If the outdoors is more your thing we have that covered too, with both hard and grass tennis courts available to Club members and their guests.

Why not indulge yourself with our range of beauty therapies, from manicures to a full body massage? This is open to non-members, hotel guest and Club members, with members benefiting from 25% off all treatments.

The Club is open 7:00am till 9:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am till 9:00pm on Fridays and 8:00am till 6:00pm at weekends and on bank holidays.
