Looking for something different in an exercise class? Why not try FitSteps? It’s the great exercise class produced by the famous dancers Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from Strictly Come Dancing, from an idea they had while training for the show.

FitSteps is an exercise program like no other, mixing the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of the Latin dances to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim which appeals to everyone, even if they can’t dance. A dance fitness programme that is ‘so much fun you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!

Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from Strictly Come DancingFitSteps is different. It's the first time dance steps like Ballroom and Latin have been brought together with proven fitness techniques. The import thing to realise is that this is a fitness class brought to you with dance steps, not a dance class that helps you get fit.

This new way of exercising is being offered in Wincanton by Rachel Cozens Fitness classes.

Rachel Cozens and her team were trained by Natalie and Ian and are fully qualified, offering the full range of the steps and moves for all abilities.

Everything is broken down into easily learnable sections so there is no need to feel you can't do it. You can! And it is such fun you won't even realise you’re exercising.

And Rachel Cozens Fitness Classes are pleased to announce they have places in their Thursday evening class at 6.30pm at Wincanton Memorial Hall.

All classes offer our great nutrition and weight loss plan, and don't forget you can get your first class free by mentioning this advert to our cashier.
