Friends of King Arthur’s Quiz Night – Thursday 5th March

The Friends of King Arthur’s Community School are holding a Quiz Evening on Thursday 5th March to raise funds. Enjoy the challenge of questions set by our Quizmaster, a ploughman’s supper and some good quizzing company. Please bring your own drink and nibbles to munch on during the rounds.

Doors open for the Quiz Evening at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. £5 per adult, £3 per student. The ticket includes a Ploughman's Supper, but bring your own drinks and glasses.

The Friends of King Arthur’s are a very small group of parents and staff who volunteer to help raise funds for the school. All monies collected by FOKAS throughout the year go back into department areas to purchase items that that the normal school budget can no longer finance.

The Creative Arts department, Music, would like to have some new keyboards and FOKAS recently arranged a student Bag Pack at Morrisons to raise funds towards the £1000 needed. It was a good day with lots of positive comments about the appearance of our students and how helpful and polite they all were. Their efforts on the day raised a fantastic £480.09.
