The Elderly Fall Victim to Local Vandalism

Overnight on 30/10/2011 someone entered the front garden of an elderly resident's property and damaged numerous plant pots. Compost was also been thrown around, making a terrible mess.

I cannot believe the total lack of respect this perpetrator has had towards this elderly resident's property. The incident has caused much distress and upset and will and not be tolerated. I am asking the community to come forward with any information regarding this incident.
