The Creating Health Roadshow is coming to Wincanton this month
The Creating Health Roadshow is heading to the Wincanton Memorial Hall (BA9 9JF) on Monday 23rd July.
Join us at our first South Somerset event after a busy year in Mendip, for a varied and fun evening of information and inspiration to help you successfully manage type 2 diabetes, or manage your weight in a healthy and long-lasting way.
Dr Campbell Murdoch - a Somerset GP - will give a simple explanation of the science of nutrition and health which is proving successful for so many across the world, followed by Q and A. There will be info to take with you, healthy tasters for you to try, a free raffle with great prizes, a chance to meet local health-related organisations and charities, and an optional Tai Chi class at the end.
Arrive at 6:45pm for a 7pm start. The session will finish at 9pm unless you choose to stay for the optional Tai Chi.
