The Co-operativeThe Co-operative Carrington Way are pleased to announce that they are now able to provide a small local home delivery service.

Store manager Chris Griffiths decided to provide this service after requests from several customers. He is hoping that people who usually struggle to shop at their local Co-op will be encouraged to do so now that they will not have to worry about carrying heavy shopping home. Mr Griffiths said "As a local convenience store we are always looking at ways we can serve the local community and meet their needs. It was brought to my attention that people may be interested in the store offering home delivery and therefore, this has now been arranged. We have already received a lot of interest in this service and I am positive that this will be a service used by all members of the community".

Customers who spend a minimum of £25 in store will be eligible to use this service. Delivery will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday only each week between 10am and 12 noon. Due to limited delivery slots customers are asked to ensure purchases are made in store no later than 7pm the day before delivery.
