Craftique is a brand new arts and craft emporium opening in Wincanton High Street on Tuesday 7th July. Owner Sara Cheesman will sell greetings cards, jewellery, gifts, ceramics and linens, soft toys and lots more.
10 Year Old Tempest Cuts Hair for Winky Kicks Cancer
Ten year old Tempest will have her locks cut off next week to raise money for Winky Kicks Cancer. Her hair will then be donated to the Little Princess Trust to make wigs for children suffering hair loss through cancer treatment.

Local Man Arrested After West Hill Drink-Drive Incident
On Friday 5th June, Wincanton resident Toby Newton was arrested on a drink-drive charge after being involved in a traffic incident on West Hill. Police later charged Mr Newton with several motoring offences.
