Wincanton Film Society's New Season Kicks Off with a Bang
As Wincanton Film Society prepares for the start of a new season on Tuesday 24th September, there's an added sense of expectation in the air. Here's a breakdown of films for the season.
Flight - Season Finale for the Wincanton Film Society
'Flight', starring Denzel Washington - a supercharged film to bring our 2012/13 film season to a close on Wednesday 19th June.
"Snow Cake" Showing at Wincanton Film Society on Wednesday 24th
Wincanton Film Society's next screening is "Snow Cake", a drama about the friendship between an autistic woman and a man traumatised after a fatal car accident. Join us on Wednesday 24th April.
The Third Man - One of the Great Classic Films
Every year many new films emerge onto the Cinema Circuit, but very few films go on to become true classics. Wincanton Film Society is showing one of them, The Third Man, on Tuesday 19th March.

Wincanton Film Society - New Season 2010/11 Started September 21st
On Tuesday 21st September the Wincanton Film Society launched the new 2010/11 Film Season with "Hurt Locker". The next film (tonight in fact) is "Up In The Air" starring George Clooney, to start at 7:45pm in the KA PEC.
