Consigliato un Vin Santo (Toscana) 61 62 FORMAGGI Tiramisù Difficoltà: FACILE Preparazione: 15 minuti Per 8 persone 250 9 di farina 150 9 di burro 24 savoiardi 500 9 di mascarpone 200 9 di zucchero a velo 1 bustina di vaniglia 2 uova + 1 tuorlo 200 9 di panna vegetale 1/2 litro di caffè ristretto 100 9 di amaretti cacao amaro 1 In una terrina, lavorate con il mixer il mascarpone con lo zucchero e la vaniglia. Aggiungete il tuorlo e le uova e continuate a sbattere il tutto ancora per tre minuti.

Mescolando lentamente, incorporate gli albumi a neve. 2 Versate il composto negli stampini imburrati. Distribuite uniformemente sulla superficie le banane affettate a rondelle, affogandole nell'impasto. Cospargete con i pinoli e cuocete nel forno caldo per circa otto minuti. Servite immediatamente per evitare che i dolcetti si sgonfino.
