Museum Clear-Out
Wincanton Museum and History Society appeals for donors of artefacts used in the museum to come forward to collect their items before the end of December, after it was announced the museum has closed.

Jeff Kingaby, Museum and History Society Secretary, tells us that the Committee has decided the costs of keeping the museum open are such that in these tough times there is no choice but to close the museum, but the History Society will continue.
