CLASSIC PUB CHEF REQUIRED

APPROXIMATELY 40-45 HOURS PER WEEK

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious head chef to join our team and run our kitchen.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone moving up the ranks to spread their wings and show the world what they have!

We are looking to showcase great British pub food, made from scratch. We want to be on the map for serving the best British and seasonal food in the whole of Somerset and beyond!

Our range of dishes takes us from the classic pub ham, egg and chips all the way through to Lobster Thermidor on our Specials Board – so please feel free to bring your creativity to the table.

Food at The Nog Inn, Wincanton

We are looking someone who is committed, reliable and honest with an eagerness to learn and produce amazing British pub grub. We are not looking for a quick fix, so we are also keen to find someone who can prove longevity with previous employers.

This position is live out.

We are offering two full days off per week, no split shifts, 28 days holiday per year. Salary in the region of £25K + dependent upon experience.
