As one of those who takes advantage of the Sports Centre's early opening during the week (7 am though I get there a BIT LATER!) I know that I and everyone else I speak to finds having a work-out, going to a class or having a swim is simply enjoyable, fun and makes one feel great. It also gives us all extra energy.

If you want to find out just what is on offer at the Sports Centre go to their website. http://www.wincantonsports.co.uk/
